Pros

Apex grew really fast and continues to grow double digit year over year. It's been really exciting to be in a fast-paced organization and see so many opportunities available for career and personal growth. I do feel like I am actually making an impact on my team and helping them position themselves to improve their lives overall.

Cons

The speed of growth has required the company to move so fast that there are some gaps in processes, upskilling and infrastructure. If you need a fully baked SOP to do your job, this company is not for you. But, if you are driven, curious and are willing to take the initiative, you can be part of the growth story.

Pros

If you enjoy working with people that challenge you to grow professionally and personally, this is a great organization to be a part of. If you're looking to be average, put in a standard 8-hour day, and don't care about winning, this is not the company for you to join. I find myself surrounded by intelligent, hard-working professionals and not letting them down drives me to learn and grow daily. Apex Service Partners is a company with the people and the resources to help you develop whether you're a technician in the field, support staff in the office, or leading a team, you just have to want it!

Cons

We have 200+ locations across the country which means our Partner Services team can get pulled in a lot of different directions. Sometimes patience and grace are critical attributes to hold as the team prioritizes urgent needs across the business. Even though every item I bring to the table feels like it should be the priority, I realize that there are other people on our team that have more critical needs. Recognizing this, we have implemented a ticketing system that allows for tracking and follow-through on requests which has brought improvement, but it's a constant work in progress to make sure everyone's needs are met in a timely fashion.

This company really spends time with their employees. Training and making sure that are successful. Their technicians have great relationships with managers and corresponding with the marketing team to ensure quality of leads and jobs.
