Pros

Get to work with a ton of awesome people, hybrid work flexibility, career advancement, in-person collaboration, good pay and benefits.

Cons

Apex started in 2019, we are growing fast, and that can sometimes mean growing pains - if you are okay with a bit of ambiguity/not as much structured support as we are building out many departments and teams, then this would be a good fit for you! I think working at Apex is a great career move as you will be able to work with many great people and support an often overlooked industry, the skilled trades.
