Pros

- Awesome team, enjoy the people I work with, they push and insipre me to do my best - Merit based career track, people are given roles & responsiblities based on performance not tenure. Tons of opportunity for mobility given rapid growth - Mission based organization, Apex serves the people (CSRs, technicians, etc...) who serve people. We are about elevating the trades.

Cons

- Fast paced, entrepreneurial environment not for everyone, people that need lots of guidance can struggle

Pros

Apex effectively balances centralized support with decentralized execution, empowering leaders to drive results in an entrepreneurial manner. I highly value having ownership of the results of my work and fully enjoy working within this people-centered culture.

Cons

It is a fast-paced, constantly evolving organization. If this doesn't excite you, then it may not be a great fit.

Pros

Company culture is solid, well articulated and lived by. Great opportunities to grow and put your mark on the company. Good people working toward a common goal. Fun company lunches and happy hours!

Cons

Remote work scheduling is not very flexible.
