Pros
I am working with Technosoft from 6 Years and each day passes with lot of good work, specially team work. People crib for each company, my friend who works in Microsoft & Hitachi, they also say negative about their company. But they never see their mistake which they have done in their work while being at work. I have seen lot of negative reviews by former employees. I know most of the employee since they were from my team. I can not take their name since They know me well. Actually those employee never paid attention towards work and taken lot of leaves . Still Technosoft management gave their best to keep those employee but there is a limit. If you are looking for lot of learning and growth with good salary hike in appraisal, this is for you. My reviews are based on my experience with Technosoft.
Cons
Earned leave should be credited more than 2 per month which is currently 1. However Sick leave and Annual leave is more than Earned leave.
