Pros

You get your salary on time bi weekly.

Cons

No Salary hike, no other benefits....It's hard to contact HR people once you join, They do not care of their employees once you are done with the project. They can remove you from project immediately by giving some meaning-less reason and then you are on your own. Never ever join their direct client, you will end-up working for 12 hr a day but you will always gets payment for 8 hrs.

Pros

Pay & growth is very good.. I am very much satisfied. I have worked with multiple employers in the past.. I knew how Employers are.. they are very very very nice in treating their employees.

Cons

One need to wait for his turn. they have lot of employees, hence the response is little bit delayed. which is compensated with the quality of their treatment.
