      Pros

      I joined as lateral with Technosoft and was deputed to Client site. Salary structure was Good, HR Communications was Excellent in my tenure of 2.5 Years. Appraisals are done Yearly and Overall Working experience was Good with the Technosoft as the employer

      Cons

      Since i was deputed at Client site, hence unaware of Technosoft work Culture, People and other infrastructure. Appraisal are done yearly with very low Salary Hikes.
