      They will sponsor you on immigration visas

      Cons

      Worst management No compensations (salary increments, payment for extra hours, bonus, etc) No benefits (plan 401k, medical insurance, etc) Hard to communicate with management, HR Don't care of their employees No balance work-personal life Don't pay for holidays (beside the 6 they provide in their calendar)

      Process GC every year end.

      Cons

      Immigration team is most unresponsive and will also ask processing fee from you. Nobody will reply for any queries and you feel blindfolded one you are in. Getting next project is difficult as the recruiter takes more time to process your resume. The actual salary will be less than what they specify because they donot pay for all public holidays. There is no transparency on the rate they charge with client. They donot have domain id for employees and it is a pure bodyshopping company.
