      Pros

      I am Working at client location. The only good thing is you get salary on time. There will be minimal or no interference/contact with you when you are working at client location.

      Cons

      1. The appraisal process for client based employees is mystery. 2. Though got the good appreciation from the client, got very less increment and perks are a joke. 3. No Onsite opportunities. 4. will NEVER get a response from the Accounts dept regarding your queries about tax cuttings. 5. No assistance on tax savings. 6. Contract expiration always comes as a surprise.
