Pros

I have joined last week ,so far good experience . collegues are helpful. Guys this is company wherein you can learn & get more exposure . Also in this office evening snaks are free. Looking forward for a long terms career with Technosoft.

Cons

the very first thing would like to inform is IT infrastructure should be improved. Being it comapany they should work on thsi issue. Also provide some good tea/coffee vending facility as they current facility is too out dated.

Pros

i joined the organisation three months ago as an intern and got converted to permanent employee.I can say that working here is good as you get to learn alot of things and you don't feel like a junior as your seniors team members and team lead don't treat you as a junior or order you around to get the work done,they help you whenever needed.As a fresher,its a good environment to work in.The seniors and management are friendly in this organisation and always approachable.In all,a good environment to learn and grow.
