Reason for the work here its very user friendly and supportive what basically you want for this organization. its quite small time to did not say about the Technosoft but its really my pleasure to part of this industry.

I have joined today the on boarding was good ,Induction was very good.Over all smooth joining process here in Bangalore .Also package is good. Benifits are also good.

Cons

Nothing as such as new joinee in technosoft . But please improve your leave policy as its should be employee friendly.Also increase the no of days in leaves.
