Pros

1. Perfect place for freshers. This can be a good place to start your career. 2. For an experienced person, there are no pros at all. 3. Flexibility, no longer a pro these day, but a necessity

Cons

1. Zero support from the management. I wanted see my management chain soon after I joined and to my surprise, half of the company reports to one person. So unless you have an omnipresent manager, you just cannot get hold of anyone if you have any issues 2. I am in the company now, and if this is how things are when I am in, I can't imaging how it will be when I am out for good
