Pros

There were a lot a couple of years back but none at present. There is no positivity , all negativity around , no motivation . It is just sinking.

Negative environment Spineless managers Non technical CEO Dictators at top Indian arm is seen as left arm Salaries of some employees are even less then service based companies

flexible timings, well stocked cafetaria, TT tables

Cons

its like a jungle, teams are being dissolved, people are moved from one team to another, fearful and spineless local management. unfulfilled promises (work, bonus and compensation), layoffs, indian teams have little knowledge or say in changes. employees are asked to leave for no valid reason.
