1. Management has poor communication skills and treats consultants are crap. 2. They tweak and fudge your resume with fake experiences and then send to clients 3. Even though you may not be comfortable with a position, they will still force you.

1. Awesome atmosphere. 2. Perfect work-life balance 3. Get a chance to work on leading-edge technologies 4. Very Supportive Management 5. Scope to learn new S/w technologies & tools. Excellent workplace, they provide extensive training, marketing and placement services. The best part about the organization is that they sponsor employment visas as well. I would highly recommend anyone to join Aplomb.
