Pros

No benefits. Here only rule is if you are not billable then you won't get salary. Must be informed to USCIS.

Cons

H1 Visa holders and those are in Oracle E-Business suite - NEVER join this company else you have to cry. They don't have Oracle EBS projects. RJT Compuquest never pays salary when you in-between the project. It's company's responsibility to pay salary when your billing has stopped. If you don't have guts to pay salary when employee is on bench, why you are claiming yourself as best IT company in USA and asking your HR/marketing staff to recruit resources. Everybody must complain about this to USCIS and make them aware that not only RJT but all other body shoppers are not paying salary when there is no project. By law they should be forced to pay salary in any circumstance if you are legally employee of that company.

APOLIS is fully compliant with all labor/USCIS rules including paying, at a minimum, a base salary to all H1B visa-holders. In fact, many of our consultants earn far in excess of the base. He makes reference to other companies so perhaps he is conflating us with some other companies that he has also worked for.

Pros

1. Timely Pay 2. The Sales team is really good. Getting projects is not tough. 3. Transparency in Bill Rates, Benefits etc. No hidden surprises after joining the company.

Cons

1. Need to increase the number of Direct clients. 2. For the employees working on the Percentage Basis, Should have minimum leaves per annum.

Pros

RJT really helped me out in crisis and its not just one person helping right from the CFO to my Manager everyone helped me get out of difficult times. Top Management are very approachable and they do compensate each and every employee in a very good manner. Salary and Bonuses are very high in this company. They take care of you as well as your whole family whether its re-locating or any immigration issues or any insurance, they take care of all of it.

Cons

After 3 years of working with them still trying to find one very small cons for RJT but still not successful
