The company itself was very disorganized, the founder lived abroad, my boss lived in DC and only contacted me about once a day, and it seemed like they had no idea how to deal with low-income parents getting after-school financial assistance from the government.
They also didn't specify what kind of benefits I would receive, only vaguely hinted at "you get 3 paid days off and we'll pay up to $3000/year of your medical insurance" but that was never confirmed or followed up on.
