My first ABA job and it really made me fall in love with the field. I know it's not the career for me but I loved it nonetheless.
I had great co workers and loved my team
Cons
Burnout can happen and did happen
Summer can be a little hectic
Pay is very low
*gain entry level direct patient care experience
*opportunities for growth and promotions
*bonuses for group treatments and traveling to work at other locations
Cons
*big turnover rates that effect short staffed locations
Company is rapidly expanding and does not care about the quality of service to clients. CEO knows nothing about ABA and it shows. Doesn’t care who they hire. Terrible pay and inconsistent scheduling
