      Pros

      Nice place to work, great support, raises every 6 months, paid holidays, rewarding, free lunch once a month, nice facility, higher within, opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Short breaks, no paid maternity leave, high burnout, not enough PTO, low pay

      Pros

      This is my 3rd ABA company and the first one that has actually delivered on the "guaranteed hours" statement. I work the same hours every day in clinic and the BCBAs are onsite the entire time too. I've never had this much support. I've only been here for about 6 months but excited to continue working here.

      Cons

      The days are busy with the clients we serve but it's the same at all ABA companies
