Education benefits, nice co-workers and facility.

Cons

Company is ready for sale. If you get in, it won't be for long. Moral is horrible as everyone is looking over their shoulder for HR and security with a box. Executives are packing their golden parachute at the employees expense.

High caliber management and colleagues. Great culture, solid processes & standard operating procedures. Very attainable expectations, fantastic working environment.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up. Lots of longevity w/management. Management either stay until they retire or move on from the organization, so there is not a lot of opportunities to get promoted.
