Opportunities throughout the company to be an agent of change. People who are strong advocates of education and who believe in what they do or what they sell. Internal growth opportunities are plentiful. Very good corporate culture.

Cons

Lots of growing pains - Infrastructure not always able to keep up with growth or change. Lots of systems/technology improvements needed. Exec leadership not highly communicative.

family friendly and a good training ground for future opportunities. If you are liked, they are extremely flexible with offering to work from home. Great company if you are a working Mom.

Cons

Higher too many friends and family members of current managers. Seem to have stopped having fun team building within culture.
