Pros

I personally learned a lot while at Apollo Education Group. With tuition benefits, it's hard not to want to learn all you can. My direct bosses have been very flexible with schedule and telecommuting. Benefits are great.

Cons

Unfortunately, this can vary based on what division/department you work for. Their pay seems to be slipping lately, and it can be a tumultuous atmosphere with the layoffs and downsizing in the organization.

Good team to work with. Some very innovative local leaders. Nice rate of pay and bonuses awarded for achievement.

Cons

Company hierarchy grossly overspent on advertising and mismanaged how they opened new markets. They grew too rapidly, overspent and had to close down over 100 campuses.
