      Great people and great product, the company has set the industry standard for over 40 years. The compensation is fair to good and they also offer lots of opportunities to expand your education.

      Cons

      The for profit industry is in a transformation state and there are lots of uncertainties for the future of the industry and company. Lack of honest, transparent communication from executive leadership.

      Great co-workers, work remotely, good pay, good opportunities to meet people in different industries, very good continuing education for employees.

      Cons

      Lack of organizational direction, low morale, huge disconnect at the executive leadership level, losing industry credibility, degree programs at flagship university are way overpriced versus competitors.
