      Pros

      It's easy to work there as the expectations are low and management is really hands off because they can't really do much to reprimand you

      Cons

      There is no direction. The managers and higher were all promoted based on their activity from 10+ years ago. They have no interest in building your skill set, only try to scare you to work harder. The company is also looking to shrink its UoP student body in half so there is ZERO opportunity to grow or promote.

      Pros

      An opportunity to continue education at a reasonable price. Certain departments are a community. Co-workers can be very helpful.

      Cons

      Half the job falls under "other duties assigned", which can be almost anything. Limited advancement opportunities.

      Great team, but co is going downhill

      Pros

      My team at Apollo are genuinely nice and supportive people. I've learned an immense deal here, as the company encourages training and development.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, it seems the company isn't doing so well. There's been lots of location shutdowns, so now may not be the best time to work here. The executive team tries to create some transparency, but there's just too many managers, not enough people doing work. Benefits can be improved.
