      Education benefits, highest salaries for job description, facilities.

      Cons

      Ineffective senior leadership, ineffective processes and training, negative image, and greed have hampered what once may have been a good strategy to provide education to non traditional students. Constant threat of layoffs while CEO and others rake in excessive salaries.

      Job is extremely laid back, and very easy to not think of work at all once off the clock.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. When a management opportunity does open, expect a great deal of applicants.

      Pros

      You will never work with such a diverse range of people with talent and education from all over the world. If you want to complete your education this is a great place to work and complete your degree. They have a great 401k in which they match. If you work outside in enrollment, academics and the contact center. You most likely will have the best experience with the company.
