      Cons

      Upward mobility is difficult. It's all about who you know. They don't pay as well as they should compared to the market. Corporate is out of touch with the business and the mission.

      Size, some solid talent in certain departments, passionate culture in Phoenix to make a comeback.

      Cons

      Way too many layers and individuals that either do nothing or don't know what they are actually supposed to do. Lack of understanding on how to actually operate in the current for-profit climate, which is harsh.
