Business Outlook
Pros
Tuition reimbursement is very beneficial. Overall pay and benefits are fair and in my position I was able to work from home.
Cons
The company is often doing reductions in workforce laying off hundreds of employees at a time. Because they are traditionally top heavy it is often the managers and higher level employees that are let go. Additionally as others have mentioned promotions are often based on popularity. An issue in my department was also the fact that expectations were constantly changing.
