      Enjoyed the organization, my job, my coworkers and clients, but the industry being under fire is tough

      Meaningful work Great, smart, fun coworkers Lots of cross-collaboration opportunities throughout the company

      Cons

      The industry being under fire is hard to swallow. Being forced to constantly downsize, or fearing the next government/political attack made it difficult for employees not to become overwhelmed. If the industry was in a better place, I think more would agree it's a great company and one that truly does right by its students and changes lives.

      Good benefits, generous vacation time, great people, rewarding work. In certain departments, some room for growth. In some departments, flexible work schedules are an option.

      The uncertainty of the for profit education sector, layoffs happen frequently.
