      Pros

      Great People, Awesome Work Ethic where the rubber meets the road. Implementation of complex systems seemed like a breeze. Teams were family.

      Cons

      Difficulty to get a vision of what Management was working to implement. Seemed that off shore education organization purchasing became a priority.

      Opportunities are always available, great landscape to network and get a taste of a number of facets of the IT SDLC.

      Cons

      Strategy changes daily and employees are not appreciated. Career development is non existent from a structured perspective. It is a very reactive environment.
