The company offers great benefits, provides a lot learning opportunities, and willing to give people a chance to make movement laterally or upward. The educational benefit is awesome.
Cons
There's plenty of feelings of uncertainty going around with all of the recent and impending changes within the organization. The pay is not great. Almost all positions offered here pay substantially higher at other organizations.
