      Pros

      Team oriented environment, excellent on-site cafeteria, tuition benefits after 6 months, concierge offers discounts to staff, the pay / benefits are pretty good, and work / life balance is okay.

      Cons

      University of Phoenix was put on notice by the Higher Learning Commission in 2013. Job stability may hinge on the outcome of HLC's meeting at the end of this month.
