      Pros

      I met a few good people here, but the better people don't stay long.

      Cons

      This company is buried alive in technical debt. Cross-team collaboration is hostile to say the least. The outrageous politics have a rotating door on upper management positions. They are always hiring to thwart attrition, and have resigned to recruiting most people from offshore companies that some of the leaders have vested interest in (yes, corruption). This is a place where careers go to die.

      Pros

      Had a great team and really liked the co-workers. The Innovators Accelerator product we worked on was pretty cool, but didn't receive the sales support it deserved.

      Cons

      Figuring out how to acquire the resources to finish projects was a challenge. Frequent re-structuring meant lots of instability of who managed our group.
