Some of the people were nice and were talented, especially the 'old timers' of which there are fewer and fewer left

High school drama, people working harder to position themselves and save their backsides than getting work done, poor leadership

40,000 a year for leaving voicemails.

Cons

High school drama. It gets boring there, so a lot of people gossip. Leaving voicemails all day is boring and a pain. There are always threats of layoffs.
