      Our Immediate team is very professional and good to work with. Some opportunity to branch out to new areas.

      Cons

      Poor communications between groups. Siloed mindset. Strained communication between groups at other company locations. Poor internal communications. Expectations changing too often. Many rounds of layoffs.

      Great People, Awesome Work Ethic where the rubber meets the road. Implementation of complex systems seemed like a breeze. Teams were family.

      Cons

      Difficulty to get a vision of what Management was working to implement. Seemed that off shore education organization purchasing became a priority.
