Great team atmosphere, feels like a family. Get to have a positive impact on the lives of college students and help them with major life goals. Very good benefits package including tuition benefits, reasonable health benefits, 401k, sick and vacation pay, etc. Innovative and forward thinking.

Cons

Can take time for information from the top to get to the rest of us when changes are made.
