      Pros

      The people who work at AEG are its best asset. It truly is more of a 'family' than a workplace and the opportunity to help deserving students obtain an education and progress their careers is one of the best perks.

      Cons

      There is a lot of confusion about the future strategy which creates a very difficult working environment. Continuous management changes and knee-jerk reactions to strategic initiatives have resulted in a tumultuous and stressful working environment that is very difficult to keep employees motivated. Hopefully, this will turn around but very tough to keep a passionate and productive team.

      Can be a fun, fast paced environment-lots of people work there, and periodic large group training's. Over-worked in the service department and under-worked in the enrollment department

      Cons

      Too many changes every few years, none of which has ever made the work more efficient or created better relationships with students.
