      Cool mission but a lot of politics

      Pros

      Industry is fascinating and has great social importance. They're stingy on vacation in the first year (9 days vacation) but things get better afterwards. Not a sweatshop but performance-oriented management and educational mission makes you want to work hard.

      Cons

      Lots of politics due to conflicts/overlap between University of Phoenix and Apollo Management.
