Pros

Great people. Engaged, smart, professional. Good work life balance, although it varies by manager. Convenient location in downtown San Francisco near public transportation hubs -- busses, BART, Muni, and ferries. Noble mission.

Cons

Frequent reorgs with little real change at the middle levels cause a lot of frustration. Compensation is average. Benefits are average. Lots of cost cutting measures. Poor communication from senior management.
