      Good when I first started but now it's time to jump ship.

      Pros

      Vacation time is great- 2 weeks base and then you get extra week per year after. 4 weeks once you reach 4 years. Then 5 weeks when you reach 6 years.

      Cons

      Pay and morale of company is in the trash shoot. Can't take quality vacations with this pay. Healthcare benefits are horrible now and they used to be awesome my first 3 years here. Now it's progressively worse!

      - Great IT people - An innovative organization. - A lot of IT projecs using up-to.date technology

      Cons

      - Recently the same resources are shared in multiple projects, leading to poor application releases. - Good people lost in recent layoffs. - Continious struggle between the marketing and academic standpoints.
