Benefits and vacation time, 4 weeks of vacation time after only 3 years of employment is unheard of elsewhere. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

I used to love my job, but every day has become a struggle to want to come in. There is little direction, and even though my management seem to value me as an employee, there has been no attempt to promote me or bring my salary anywhere close to industry standards.

Pros

The benefits are fantastic and the corporate culture is pretty relaxed. The company's success has provided stable employment opportunities to thousands and continues to grow through tough economic times.

Cons

Apollo Group is far from perfect, but I have seen a lot of positive changes since Chas Edelstein came on board. I feel that the majority of our company's problems stem from inexperienced (and often uneducated) middle management.
