Pros

If you are in the right group you will work with your best friends. Good benefits, and a tuition waiver is available for furthering one's education. ACU provides good training opportunities for professional development.

Cons

Directors and VP's do too much to meddle in the affairs of managers, and managers are often powerless in the face of the bureaucracy to make positive changes for employees. Raises are based off of a percentage, which caps salary growth artificially low regardless the superior quality of one's work.

Pros

In terms of technology and well funded projects, Apollo Group excels. Reasonable benefits. The campus location in Phoenix is outstanding, although they did not plan for traffic very well.

Cons

They continue to suffer from internal management changes and disconnects between internal subsidiaries . Pay scall was consistantly on the low end.
