      Pros

      I met some great people who I will remain in contact with well into the future

      Cons

      Where do you start? They have all the wrong people in the wrong positions in management. Management holds one on ones with employees and no changes are made, no actions taken. They cannot get out of their own way. They reorg constantly and even rehire people no one wants to work with. If you're considering employment here, look elsewhere. Stay away

      Pros

      This used to be a place with some of the top IT talent in the valley and was a great place to learn and collaborate with like-minded peers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the learning opportunities have decreased and many of the star employees have left. They fell into the chasm.
