      Pros

      Great benefits, free tuition up to a certain amount, profit sharing, employee stock purchase plan.

      Cons

      They put you on the floor and kind of leave you be without lots of proper guidance. Lets just say they dont hold your hand and you have to figure out a lot of it on your own.
