      Lots of travel. Great 401K. Leading edge technology especially for customer service interactions. Leader in adult education learning platform.

      Cons

      Last five years were very uncertain due to the tainted corporate image and the resulting unstable company financials. Unclear communication even at the management level. Every year a new direction. Silly policies; punching the clock and the predictable performance reviews.
