Pros

The benefits are pretty good, especially the free tuition if you're looking to get an education. The Executive team is making a lot of improvements. It's been rocky since a transition from a previous team of executives but the company is definitely heading in the right direction overall.

Cons

The IT organization, especially the infrastructure portion has a senior leadership team with poisonous politics and poor management skills. Cronism is rampant and communication is non-existent. There are also some similar problems in the HR and Training areas of Apollo but rumor is those will be addressed so by a reorganization.
