      Good entry level opportinuty. Medical benefits ok.

      Cons

      IT management is completely out of touch with staff. Lacking leadership and mentoring skills. CIO is incompetent. Out of touch with subordinates. Career advancement is low. HR does bad work.

      Dedicated, hard-working people Education benefit Good vacation benefit

      3 CIO's in as many years Constantly in a state of flux - difficult to make progress against strategic objectives Current CIO is dismantling everything to achieve target presumably set by board - hopefully not merely to increase his bonus. To meet objective will break things almost beyond repair Headcount will be reduced below what is required to run the business in a market where competition for talent will be fierce.
