      Pros

      Most generous vacation and holiday package. Good medical insurance - albeit expensive, tuition benefits, and other company perks like on-site gym, cafeteria, events, covered parking garage, and EAP services.

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs. In constant state of flux. Haven't had a new hire training in 10 years.

      Worked with some very nice people! Made a monotonous job more enjoyable.

      Cons

      No benefits for the amount of effort you put in. Making 200 calls is the same as making over 1k calls.
