      Company is in continual decline and has leadership in a continual search for ways to get rid of people so they can lower the head count. Creates a really poor environment to work in... fear of getting targeted as next to go.

      Work Life Balance. Career Development Plans. Health and Well promoted with company provided on site gyms/yoga/ and more. If you have an adaptive personality type, Apollo is a great way to professionally learn and grow in a changing environment that thrives on identifying and making improvements and growth that improve the student and employee experience.

      Cons

      Bad publicity in recent years has resulted in a poor public image and may be an issue for some. With a large amount of change and unknowns, employees have become hesitant to knowledge share and work together on tasks/projects. There is bad employee morale as everyone wonders which departments will be downsized next.
