      Pros

      Good team of peers. Depending on Manager and Director, could be a healthy environment.

      Cons

      Usually not healthy place to stay too log. Longevity means nothing. Managers flip/flop on directions due to director intervention. Team promoted but individually scored. Good-ole-boy mentality. Compensation include what you may use in schooling = not real.

      Pros

      The company offers a good work/life balance and allows you to work remotely two days a week.

      Cons

      Their Corporate structure is overall poor which unfortunately leaves room for personnel with whom act unprofessionally, including management.
