      Apollo Management. CEO has not had a winning season since he started. CEO was ranked #1 CEO of 2015 who should have been fired.

      Pros

      A lot of wonderful people to work with daily.

      Cons

      The high level managers/directors etc. don't listen to the folks in the trenches who see what's really going on; and often have ideas that could really work. But, the high level leaders at Apollo think they know it all, and continue to make really stupid decisions with very little recourse.

      Innovative, decent salary, good benefits.

      Cons

      Morale has been trending down for years. Constant layoffs, living in fear of next layoff. Current leadership is from outside the industry and struggles to create go to market strategy that is effective. Constant change means its also hard to measure long term success.
