      Free education. They allow you to earn your degree with their tuition voucher. Well worth it

      Too pushy for enrollments. Not always able to advise the student in the best way

      Company supports employees. Committed to providing a good environment and the tools to be successful. The education field is intrinsically rewarding.

      Cons

      Dept of Ed creates many obstacles that make it difficult to reward employees for superior performance. Bad apples in the industry have contributed to the problem.
