      The company offers a good work/life balance and allows you to work remotely two days a week.

      Cons

      Their Corporate structure is overall poor which unfortunately leaves room for personnel with whom act unprofessionally, including management.

      lots of change, re-organization. Financially struggling to regain stable status, Hard to tell where the company is going for the time being.
